Bouy on the Beach, western side of Kauai

Large buoy at the entrance to a fairly large beach. Open fires were allowed at this beach, and we met a friendly older couple as they rolled joints in their car, watching the sunset. We were amazed at how much the surfers could tolerate the cold, at this beach.
